Measured Baking Co. is a Dallas-based cottage baking company started in February 2019. We love to bake for you, your friends and family, your events or your office! Everything is made to order for pick up or local delivery. Our goal is to make some of the standards you love as well as something a little different. Everything is handmade, so every bake is unique.

Our macarons are made using classic methods and are naturally gluten-free (unless otherwise indicated). While we specialize in macarons, we also make delicious cakes, cookies, brownies & bars, muffins & scones, cupcakes, Bundt cakes, pies and quick breads. We use the finest ingredients, including real butter in our buttercream, fresh and freeze-dried fruits, and soy-free chocolate. Many of our fillings are handmade, including jams, jellies, caramel and butterscotch.

As we operate under the Texas Cottage Baking laws, we cannot ship our bakes outside of Texas* nor can we make certain items that need time or temperature control. If you have questions, please fill out the inquiry form.
